This is my first attempt at a magazine like this, i used a font which i think stands out very well and is easy to identify with this brand as it is very unique, i didnt use a slogan as i believe it looks a little unprofessional
My model is shot in a medium close up and is looking directly at the camera, my anchor stroy i believe could be alot better but i was rushing to get this done, as i missed my first lesson due to illness
My subheadings i think could also be better, by adding more colour to the sub headings and more thought through headings
straplines, i tried to add these into this practice mag, which i dont think is my best work my actual piece will look alot more professional
I really like the use of imagery for your magazine cover used above. I believe it creates fantastic visual effects for the readers and with the chosen models great looks attracts new buyers!

dude the intention is okay but the whole cover itself is not that catchy. try to create a new font for your header, more dynamics for rock magazine(so the bands can dig the cover itself) just think of album covers. get the sub headings out of the box, make it more contrasting from the background.
